At Montalbo Primary and Nursery School , we meet regularly with parents and carers of children on our SEND Register to discuss progress and next steps. Outcomes are decided collaboratively and added to the child’s SEN support plan.
We believe it is important that children have a voice in their education and their views form a large part of the support plan review.
