Nasal Influenza Vaccination

Nasal Influenza Vaccination:

Protecting Children Against Influenza (Flu) and Complications

This will take place on Thursday 7th October for pupils in Reception to Year 6

If you would like your child to receive this immunisation in school, please ensure your consent form has been submitted within one week of receiving the letter which has been handed out this week.

Please see below the details of how to consent for your child, as well as answers to common questions about the influenza vaccination programme.

How do I give my consent?

  1. Go to https://www.hdft.nhs.uk/fluconsent/
  2. Enter the School Code 114115 and click “Find School”.
  3. Complete the form with your child’s information and parent/guardian contact information*.
  4. Click the green “Submit” button.
