Another Busy Week!

We have had another very busy week in Year 5.

We have been learning about weather conditions on James Cook’s journey in Geography and charted his voyage on the Endeavour. We explored separating materials using various methods in science and today the children worked incredibly hard starting to write their diary entry as if they were actually on the troubled Endeavour when it crashed into the Great Barrier Reef.

The children are settling into the routine of their swimming lessons at the sports centre and impressed us with their determination this week.

We also have the Handball Festival to look forward to on Monday.

Well done Year 5!
