We have loved our first few weeks taking part in the ROAR project with the Lions. It’s been brilliant seeing the children’s excitement each week and hearing their brilliant ideas. As part of our ongoing project, where children are working in groups to come up with a world-changing business idea, we must create a prototype of our idea to present to the judges!
We are in need of different recyclable materials to make our models!
Please can you save:
Cardboard boxes
Empty food packaging, such as cereal boxes
Kitchen towel rolls or any tubes
Egg cartons
Plastic bottles and caps
Milk cartons
Yoghurt pots
Scrap paper
Old magazines and newspapers
and anything else you can think of!
Materials can be sent into school with children on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We will be creating our prototypes on Wednesday 7th October.
