We have a had a busy week learning more about James Cook and his voyage on the Endeavour. The children have enjoyed finding out about life on the ship and where they travelled. We are looking forward to learning more details and going on our visit to the James Cook Museum.
The children are settling into our Year 5 routines well.
Some key days of the week to remember are:
Homework is due in on Tuesdays and spelling lists and new homework will be given on Thursdays.
Spelling tests will be on a Thursday.
Swimming is on a Thursday afternoon each week and children need to bring swimwear, goggles and a towel. We aim to return to school before home time.
